Hsin Cheng (Amber), Taiwan Alumnus Bachelor of Business (International Restaurant and Catering Management) Diplome de Patisserie Owner of Astonish Patisserie Hsin (Amber) Cheng along with Ian Zeng (Ian) Zheng opened Astonish Patisserie in 2012 bringing the wealth of their experience and passion for deserts to Adelaide. Here Amber talks about her journey to becoming a business owner, and the pivotal training that she received at Le Cordon Bleu that paved the way for future success. Amber studied at both our Adelaide and Sydney campuses achieving both a Bachelor of Business (International Restaurant and Catering and Management) in Adelaide in 2007 and a Diplome de Patisserie in Sydney 2008.
