Today we'll make cordon bleu
For this recipe, we need the "First step"
It should have been white
It's a little bit darker, still good though

Good, now for the real ingredients
Chicken breast, which I've cut in small slices
Cheese
Prosciutto crudo, ham
Flour, pesmet, eggs
Obviously, ingredients, which include some garlic powder
Salt, pepper, and some chilli flakes
And for the sauce we'll use mustard, milk
Some parmesan
Butter and parsley
Now, to prepare it
We'll put condiments on the chicken breast
After that, we will 'beat' it
We prepare our mix of condiments
Where we'll add salt
Pepper
Some chilli flakes
This is enough, it's probably spicy enough already
And obviously, the garlic powder
Put the chicken breast inside the bowl
Add some of the condiments
And then put more chicken
Now, it also depends on how many portions you do
Because my family is big, I'll make a lot
After condimenting the chicken breast
with some garlic, chilli, salt and pepper
We will 'beat' it, but before that we wrap it
We put it below and on top of the chicken breast
We do this so it can keep it's 'juice'
You have to flatten it as much as possible
Now, the next..
And so on until the end
Alright, after plenty of work, which lasted for nearly 30 minutes
I've managed to 'beat' all of them
Obviously, we have to drink something after so much work,
Now,
We've cut some cheese, and we place it on top of the flattened chicken breast
We put some of the ham over the cheese
Now, some prosciutto
This is how I make it, but you can always make it on your own way
You can only add ham, only prosciutto, so on and so forth
Anyway, we add another layer of cheese
We roll it, and then do the same to all of the others
Same as before, cheese

And cheese again
Now, we roll it
On another wrap
Which I've cut in a very wrong way
We put our rolls, one by one
And wrap them again
Repeat until you wrap all of them
After finishing this step, we put them in a tray
We will then keep them in the fridge for 30 minutes
During this time we will prepare the sauce and some mashed potatoes
Now, for the dressing
I turned on the heat and added the butter
We have 50-60 grams of butter
We leave it here to melt
I'll add some cloves of garlic, 3 or 4
We'll add a spoon of flour
Alright, and now 100ml of milk
If we need to add more milk, we'll just do it
Let's add some more, I think 100ml are not enough
Add a teaspon of mustard
Pepper
Salt
Now we mix
It already has a pretty nice consistency
And now add parmesan
I've added about 35-45 grams
And we turn of the heat
We beat our eggs
I've only added two
30 minutes passed, it's time to take the cordon bleu out of the fridge
We unwrap them, and cover them with flour
Now we add them in the eggs
And now, the pesmet
We cover the whole cordon bleu
Make sure it's everywhere
Until our oil starts boiling, we repeat this procedure with the other cordon bleus

After turning them on each side,
We take them out on a towel
Let them in the oil until they look like this
Well cooked
This black part is just the pesmet, so don't worry
Now, put the rest
Make sure not to also put your fingers in the oil
So, cordon bleu
